you know, it is actually possible to raise farm animals in decent conditions, and then kill them humanely. chickens can be raised 'free range', they don't actually have to be crammed into cages and force fed drugs to pump them up, etc. and you can kill an animal in a swift, painless manner, as opposed to e.g., scalding them to death with boiling water (chickens), etc. Eating chicken and beef is one thing. Raising those chickens, cows in disgusting, cruel, indecent conditions is another thing altogether.

Also, being Vegan is unnatainable I agree. What's the point? Whatever you do, you can't escape that another animal life was taken at the expense of your own human life. Is it supposed to make you feel better to be vegan? You think you're holier than others because you're vegan? In the end, vegans lose, since their efforts and all amount to nothing unless everyone grows flat teeth with 5 stomachs to handle digestion of cell walls among plants.

problem with these nuts is they aren't reasonable and will not honestly work for a reasonable solution since their agenda is actually to stop it all regardless of merit or need. so the site is fairly unbalanced like faux news. its like showing pics of abu garib and making a case that every us soldier is like lindy england. u could do it pretty easy, but it wouldn't be honest or true.

Yea I bet you don't know the difference between Omnivores and Herbivores do you? Yes we do have the OPTION to eat plants and not just meat, it doesn't mean we can go from being carnivores to herbivores... I was talking to my science teacher about the appendix (sp?) and she said it resembled one of the cow's many stomachs in that at one time we may have been herbivores and or we had a diet that consisted more of plants than what it is of today so it's clear that we've not evolved to be tree huggers.

hahaha that's funny. Rabbits do not have emotions. A rabbit cannot love. People seem to want to confer human traits on animals. Animals only see you as a source of food or comfort. If they thought you looked tasty and vulnerable they'd kill you without compunctions.

I'm not comfortable with causing animals suffering, but lets face it, they exist for our munching pleasure so they inevitably wind up dead. Nothing morally wrong with killing an animal. If you took pleasure in it, that means there is something wrong with you however.
