A couple of us are chipping in for a bison this weekend... Paying $1 per pound live weight. I'll try to photo-document the process to show you what bulk meat is really like.
I don't know what the final price will work out to per pound of meat... We don't have to pay a butcher; the only additional costs will be for wrapping/sealing the meat.
