one problem with that. This is a Criminal court. you dont settle out of court in a criminal court you plea bargin for a lesser charge for less jail time. If it was a civil court then he could settle out of court. Once this criminal trial is over then she can sue for monitary damages and then he could settle out of court.

A settlement to me = Kobe's admission of guilt
