Good deal, now if Watson can hole a putt or 2 he still has a chance....

It's easier to wait for the others to fall back on this course.

Damn ABC with its 720 signal, can't see some of the balls during a drive.

LOL @ Azinger.."it's the shot of his life" followed 1 min. later with "it's the shot of his life". Anyway yea, pars are good in these conditions and for the most part TW is still striking the ball nicely.

What Tom Watson is doing is amazing, whether he wins or not. He makes golf look so easy on this very difficult and long course. Did I mention he's 59? Well, you probably knew that already.

Yeah ... I don't like the ABC announcing crew so much ... I'm sitting with the laptop tuned into the BBC coverage, and listening to that, while watching some of the replays on the larger screen behind.

Sets up nicely for some drama coming into the end.

Curtis Strange doesn't know when to talk and when not to... so funny

The Brits seem to not mind a wee bit of dead air ... and it never feels like they're talking just to be heard and to fill up the space.

God ... I wish I was there again.

I think I could happily live near a links course in Scotland for the rest of my life. I don't think my wife would go for it, but damn, it would sweet to play that sort of golf all the time. Carnoustie was amazing, but this course looks more scenic.

Seems like dropped shots are contagious. My wife'll be pissed if I have to sit through a playoff too ... we're supposed to be headed to the beach as soon as things wrap up.

From ESPN last night, difference between Norman and Watson leading on the final day of the Open, one is a career choker and the other is a closer.

Damn ... one shot lead going in 18 ... c'mon Tom.

I'll definitely shed a tear or two if he wins!

I so want to see that putt hit the bottom of the cup. If it is a Cink-Watson playoff ... I'd have to favour Cink because he's got momentum.

Here we go ... Goggin taps in after a nice lag.
