“It seems like the Clinton Foundation operates as a slush fund for the Clintons,” said
Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, a government watchdog group where progressive Democrat and Fordham Law professor Zephyr Teachout was once an organizing director.
Their 2013 Tax Form 990 shows that the Clintons used the money raised by the foundation to pay for their travel expenses, which included "travel by charter or in first class."
In
2015, $1 million out of Bill and Hillary's $1,042,000 in charitable deductions was due to the Clinton Family Foundation.
