She did not and both the FBI and State Department said as much. Criminality is a seperate conversation from tranparency and ethics. There is no evidence yet of criminality. There is incredible evidence that demonstrates lack of compliance. Some believe it was intentional. Others may claim precedence or ignorance. Intent is incredibly difficult to prove in a court of law, but the optics and court of public opinion are something else entirely.

Trump has ridiculously vast business interests, sits on the boards of something like 100 major corporations, and not only is he going to hold onto all his interests while POTUS (previous wealthy Presidents have put their holdings into trusts during their terms of office), he isn't even disclosing his compensation from these interests, past, present, or future. That's an unprecedented level of corruption. IMO the only reason he's not being called out on it is because of the sheer boldness of it. Last I checked, he was still going to do The Apprentice while in office.
