Yep. Twist, break the joint. Pull out the smaller bone leaving yummy meat and tissue on the bigger bone. Put that in your mouth and suck/chew all the meat off in one big bite, pull cleaned bone out.
The whole move to twist, break, bite, suck takes like 3 seconds.

The flavor of a chicken wing comes from gnawing on the bone and all the wonderful connective tissue and fat stores. Pulling and tearing it with your canines, using your incisors to trim the last bit of bone sucking goodness of flavor.
A big fail on the boneless chicken wing in my book.

When I eat real wings I just rip one end off, stick it in my mouth and pull the bones out. The bones never touch my tongue, so if they have any taste () I wouldn't know the difference.
Boneless wings are easier to eat and taste just as good.

That's like saying you don't like to taste. It doesn't make sense.

honestly, if you don't like bones in your meat, then you don't like meat.

If you read the OP, his rant is just on "boneless chicken wings"; no mention of spicy, buffalo or any other seasoning.Originally posted by: Babbles
I'm pretty sure when it comes to wings most of the flavor comes from the sauce that they are mixed in.Originally posted by: spidey07

Trying to claim that the cartilage and fat adds some nuance in flavor when they are coated with stuff to make them hot as hell is a little untruthful.

Ah, well fair enough. When me and my buddies always talking about "wing night" or just getting some wings they are always spicy Buffalo style wings. Guess I just had that on the mind.
So with that being said, ordering tons of plain wings to eat doesn't sound so appetizing.

I prefer boneless wings better. I think they taste better and I'm really only going after the wing sauce.
Where are you located? I could make a killing there.Originally posted by: SlitheryDee
Yeah real wings are better. Any breaded chicken tossed in sauce is pretty good though. Man we really need some kind of restaurant that specializes in wings around here.
