Random BSOD's could only be memory. The only thing I can think of, then, is to try another brand of memory, or another type of the same brand, one wich you know that is compatible with your mobo, for sure. Also, you should test it with a clean install(format) because your system files may be corrupted.
Try Abit forums for your specific chipset. There you'll probably find issues that are specific to you model. My NF7 for example works best when you install memory models from DIMM3 to DIMM1. Such things that you probably won't find in "generic" forums
