Was she wearing a hoodie?
it was early morning/late at night, so I'm guessing it could have been chilly?
certainly possible...
A person who uses a gun before IDing their target should face the full fury of the court.
I think he's gonna be found guilty of this because as far as his claim he thought she was a burglar, he doesn't have a leg to stand on.
http://m.guardiannews.com/world/2013/feb/14/oscar-pistorius-murder-girlfriends-shootingRecent media interviews with Pistorius revealed that he kept an assortment of weapons in his home. "Cricket and baseball bats lay behind the door, a pistol by his bed and a machine gun by a window"
Lol at anyone pretending to care about an incident so far away.
There are reports that there were previous domestic incidents with these two, and a witness heard some kind of fracas prior to the shooting. Sounds like this may in fact have been murder and not a case of mistaken identity.
Yeah, not buying the mistaken identity either.......He must be quite a marksman to shoot someone in the head 4 times without giving a second to identify the target.
Yeah, not buying the mistaken identity either.......
Dunno, I'm not going to say I believe he murdered her - it's certainly possible. Did he have a flashlight? Was it just dark in the house and he shot at a silhouette?
I'm a firm believer in the "beyond a reasonable doubt" form of justice though. Better that 10 guilty people go free than one innocent be put away.

I am too, but it's really just an opinion that I'm leaning toward based on initial evidence. I'll gladly let the the courts decide based on all of the evdience.
We don't have a jury. A judge weighs the evidence then reach a verdict.
I will remember that when they park 4 Jumbo jets into your office buildings again....
I know what you meant just informed how the justice system works as its easier to convince 1 out 10 people than a single person. Further forensics is something like non existence here. In some high profile cases it gets use which make it unfortunate for him. If it was a nobody they would not botherAgreed - at a guess the guy was either a complete idiot, or had malicious intent.
Well, my statement still applies. Rather 10 guilty go free than 1 innocent be condemned. I'm just stating my generic views on justice (which is somewhat off topic and a discussion to be had in another thread, perhaps)
One no name athlete kills one no name model in another country... this isnt news, sorry.
