Whats the feeling in SA? guilty innocent? Love him hate him?

Honestly I am not really following the case. I have never really been interested in high profile trials like this. I can say the majority think he is as guilty as OJ.

I don't see him beating this. I mean, she was fully clothed in the bathroom and he fired through the door. That isn't self defense. At best, it is negligence resulting in the death of someone, which I'm sure is against the law and has some name that escapes me right now.

Forget his stories, I can't believe or stand his performance in court thanks to the news channels showing his crying/bawling over and over again. I have to change the channel when it comes up every time.

He kills her, gets bail, gets permission to compete, and I think I heard he even got a new girlfriend, but in court, he's so devastated that he's barfing and crying. Right...

Just heard that. That and she locked the door with a key. The key was found on the inside of the bathroom.

Sounds like she was leaving his azz and locked the door because she was afraid of him.

IMO, this guy is guilty as all heck.

Have you guys seen the crime scene photo yet? I'd check the other pages in this thread but I don't want it to come up at work if it is embedded.

He shot her in the side or the front of the head it looks like. I think bunny legs did it on purpose. His burglar in the bathroom excuse doesn't make sense.

Apparently, he also discharged a firearm in a restaurant in a prior incident. His excuses was his friend wanted him to take it out and make sure it was not loaded, and it accidentally went off under the table.

This guy is either incredibly negligible when it comes to firearms OR an idiot murderer.

Looks like a bad day in court for Pistorius.

So, he has claimed that he shouted out to her to call the police before he shot. He seemed flabbergasted when asked why she didn't answer him back. He had no real answer.

It seems when a lie is made up there is almost always a flaw. Oops!

Of course. His story can't possibly hold up. Even without knowing of any contradictory evidence, it's internally inconsistent. It makes absolutely zero sense and has absolutely zero chance of being true.
