so i live in an apartment complex and pay relatively decent $$ to live here ($800 mo for a 1 br) across the street is a black black family with about 8 kids. And these kids are always outside screaming, playing with a basketball (they even set up a hoop somewhere..pretty sure complex doesnt allow it) And i was kinda of bearing it, but i seriously cant relax in the middle of the day with a bunch of little punk kids swearing, calling each other the N word, and playing basketball outside my apartment. even with the windows closed i can still hear them, which i shouldnt have to close just to block out their noise. Furthermore sometimes they play with car alarms and get them to go off around midnight, as well as playing basketball at 10am and waking me up. Im not sure if i should try to talk to them, their parents, make a complaint w/the main office (talked to some of my neighbors who claimed to already have done so in the past and main office didnt care since these tenants have been living her 5+ yrs) What's the best way to approach this situation?
