I really like Muscle Milk. Its expensive but so tastes good...

ha, I also got some Met RX powder for free a couple years ago. i don't know if you have the exact same kind, but it didn't take me long to figure out why my buddy didn't want it. the taste wasn't atrocious, but the smell was horrible, the texture was very chalky, and the stuff did not dissolve well at all. i had to use a blender every time and this junk had a tendency to stick to the blender like cement, making cleanup a long process. moreover, if you make a smoothie with that stuff and then let it stand overnight in the fridge, it seems to go rancid.

never again.

Not sure what you were doing, but its meant to be a smoothie, hence the smoothie mixer.

I have noticed it not being the most soluble substance, but I have found that bananas, strawberries, and 2% milk + Met RX in the mixer are fine.


As for the stick tendency, I have noticed some instances of that, but very limited, and nothing a good brushing can't cover.
