Metallica back in 1993 was amazing.
The Pixies last year just blew me away.
They Might Be Giants put on the most fun concert I've ever attended.
So, were they?

I saw both Joe Satriani and Steve Vai in concert this Month. Front row at both gigs. What an incredible experience.

Yeah, Satch is great live. He is personal with his fans, and lets his guitar do the bragging. 🙂

I saw G3 in '03, and that was a great show, also.

Yup, Satch is great. With Vai, If you attend the EVO Experience, you get to chat with him for an hour or so, get all your gear autographed, ask him questions, he'll pass around EVO for you to hold and strum away on, and you get to listen to the band do the soundcheck before the show. Vai is even more personable then Satch. I thought I had long fingers for guitar, but Vai has these alien like hands with the longest fingers I've ever seen. I also got to meet and chat with Billy Sheehan and Tony McAlpine. I'm still on cloud nine. 😉

Ministry live. Great shows.

Bad religion is great too. Nothing too spectacular with lights and crap, just the most solid live music ever.

dream theater. There is no group that plays tighter. I've looked.

last year in St. Louis, after the show, the drummer was tossing his drum heads out to the crowd, somebody fell off the top balcony trying to reach for one. It was pretty bloody.

Sadly, no. They were regular sized people.

Vanguard are good, overall though Cavaliers have given me goosebumps pretty much everytime i've seen them.

Nickleback puts on a good show. it was certianly better than that britney spears concert I went to, although eating in the VIP lounge and the VIP seat (read six rows from the stage) made it worth seeing.

Also seeing Maynard Ferguson perform is a treat.

Seeing Britney may not have been to bad an error in judgement, except that I saw her perform twice. Both times the tickets wree free. Although, being 6 rows from the stage on the floor with VIP tickets makes up for it. THis was a few years ago.

I saw nickelback last summer with my best friend. She liked the band. It was a concert with Nickelback, 3 doors down, puddle of mud and 12 stones. Nickelback and 3 doors down where co-headlining the tour although nickelback had the better set.

Opeth during their First US show at Milwaukee Metalfest. I've seen them 5 other times, but the metalfest show was probably the best IMO. It was the most amazing show I had ever seen.
