The inclusiveness, feminist, and revisionist slant needs to end. And the whole Michael Bay action sequence was mind numbingly stupid. Because all those things just happen at once in the same spot..................sure DICE..........

I don't really care for multiplayer. People should be able to play what they want. Single player story mode type stuff though. Aside from a very odd pilot, etc no. Just no. I shouldn't be facing hordes of women soldiers in a WWII game.

So whatever, learned some history about women who did fight in WWII. At the same time, I myself am buying the game to have fun, not to recreate WWII down to the thread. There are a lot of unrealistic things going on in these games, respawning on squad leaders. Suspend some disbelief folks.

There was a long article talking about changes to BF mechanics and they are making the movement different, so you will slip in mud and do stuff like that. More realistic.

The whole game sounds promising. I'll be pre-ordering it.

Yeah, I am a little confused why people are hating on a game for pushing some obvious political agenda from Sweden. I can easily ignore that - just not sure enough if this is another reskin battlefront game when characters move around unrealistically and the guns might as well be nerf cannons. That one handed SMG clip got me a little scared though. Hopefully just for cinematic purposes.

I wish they would do a larger SP campaign. I really enjoyed BF1 single player but it was too short.

Dice just can't catch a break... First they pushed the envelope too far with loot crates having items that effect gameplay. They wisely backed off of that, but was given very little press for them caving. Now they have gone full SJW pandering with this revisionist history of world war 2 to get on the agenda of equality... Now, i'm torn here.. I love the battlefield series, but I hate pandering to these people that nothing is ever good enough for anyway.

I don't really like big maps where I walk for what seems like ages and then get killed without seeing a single person lol

Honestly I miss arena shooters. They're just never going to come back.

While it's not an arena shooter, I'm guessing you'd like Battlefield 4, if the key factor is whether you have to walk for ages before seeing enemies. They have plenty of meatgrind maps where you basically run down tunnels headfirst into the enemy, and even on big maps, you generally die within seconds unless you purposely avoid the enemy or sit in the main base.

It's a video game. It's supposed to be fun. Dice says they will pick fun over authenticity. I'm with fun. I'm not buying BF for historical accuracy to the minutiae. I just want some fun as fuck firefights. Run and gun and duck and cover. Don't miss out on fun over an exaggeration of politics. Looking forward to the full reveal at E3.

I'll be getting it becuase I've enjoyed battlefield so far on the PC. Just don't understand the chick with the hook arm. I just don't want them to go call of duty style and add futuristic crap in a ww2 era game. I always went with battlefield because it was a more tactical/serious shooter compared to cod. Looking forward to it's release nonetheless.

Then make a modern or futuristic game instead of trying to re write history. This is sjw pandering to me... Just not as extreme as andromeda was.

Meh. Don't buy it. I just learned there are a lot more snowflakes in this world that may not enjoy things, cause...

Wanting a game that has some semblance of historical accuracy doesn’t equal being a snow flake. Not everybody wants dices equality ideology crammed down our throats.

If you want a realistic WWII shooter, get one that when you die once you can't play the game anymore

If you want a fun battlefield game, play one where you can play as a dragon. Because we need to include people that self identify as a dragon.

I feel bad for snowflakes who get offended at shit like this. Only for a second though. I'll be pre ordering this games. And really enjoying it I predict. I thought about the woman character thing and for a split second I was like, wait that isn't real OMG. Then I got to thinking, who cares, it's a video game, enjoy it, let the snowflakes miss out, not you.

Being critical of something doesn’t mean you’re offended by it.

A product being sold is now cramming it down people's throats... A completely voluntary action, in a world with massive amounts of choice, is now seen as cramming something down your throat...

You know, if Y'all want a realistic experience I heard that the Military is still hiring. ...Just saying.

It's a game. It's meant to be fun and unrealistic for the sake of entertainment.

Good lord, I just watched the reveal trailer and pirate lady doesn't even scratch the surface of what's (likely) wrong with this game...

People aren’t expecting a simulation but the presentation should still be that of ww2. Pirate woman with mechanical hand isn’t ww2.

The more I watch the trailer the more fun it looks. The trailer is quite short though and doesn't have much gameplay in it. E3 is where we should see some more.
