I am very lazy... I bought some new 00 flour the other day because I ran out of the old stuff. However, today I am making some pizza dough using bread flour to see how it works. I am assuming I will have to use a lower temp on my oven. Dough is currently proofing. What do you use to mix the dough, always by hand or with a mixer? Gotta decide what kind of pizza to make next and go out and buy more toppings because I am getting low.How are you coming on your pizza journey?
