How are you coming on your pizza journey?
I am very lazy... I bought some new 00 flour the other day because I ran out of the old stuff. However, today I am making some pizza dough using bread flour to see how it works. I am assuming I will have to use a lower temp on my oven. Dough is currently proofing. What do you use to mix the dough, always by hand or with a mixer? Gotta decide what kind of pizza to make next and go out and buy more toppings because I am getting low.

Made battery cables and battery pack is wired in. Running a 240w test for a few days to make sure everything is good and safe, then I'll transfer my workstations to it. I'll keep them on UPS for a bit more run time, since this battery pack is not really going to give all that much run time on it's own. As-is this setup is not really accomplishing much other than providing clean inverter power, until I put in the big batteries.

Didn't do proper cable management as this is still fairly temporary.

Not bad, got a half hour out of those batteries with 250w load. Charging back up now. Nothing is getting warm anywhere so think my wiring is good and I'm ready to let this go for a longer term test.

I caved and threw my workstation UPSes on the rectifier shelf. Not brave enough to put the main server UPS on it yet... but after my upcoming night shifts I'll do it.

Doing a discharge test again, it should run for more than half an hour this time since the workstation that's on uses 150w and the other is off.

Rectifier 1 is unplugged but inserted so it generates an alarm. Pulled it out, I'll only run on 2 for now.

Glad all this is working out so far.

Dropped pretty much right after I posted that then UPS picked up. 55 minutes, not bad though for only 4 small 7.2ah batteries.

Going to leave things alone now. :p
