moo-nef.

I think the black feral was faking his injured paw yesterday. Either that or it was just a small shard of one of the solar LED globes broken by the raccoons. Such fat little vandals.

Yes, a feral animal is faking injury for your wild life camera...
It may or may not have been for my benefit. If I see him on the back porch just looking around, I'll go out there with a treat. So on some level, he suspects that I have some god-like powers. They never pay any attention to the cam on the back porch railing.

But faking an injury for my benefit is unlikely. Birds do that on the regular if you get close to a nest. They'll pretend they have an injured wing - until you change direction and chase them. Then, like a dumb predator, we're like "ruh?"

Could be it grew up on a soccer field and just mimicked the humans that it saw.
Ref: What do you mean 27 fouled you? He was the other side of the pitch.

Injured player: It was the way he glanced over at me. There was HATE in those eyes.
I can smell the fire from Quebec. Wait no, that is someone smoking pot.
I still need to get my a/c fixed so I was on the road a few days ago and every few miles I was getting a little snort of the skunk. Maybe not "every few" but was definitely 3 or 4 times over the period of an hour or so.

Finally started on my portable solar power station, it doesn't look like much at this point but got the basic shape done at least.

Power equipment will go right at the back, and solar panels will fold up and stow away in the front. 200w of solar and 3000w of inverter. Will power pretty much any 120v device including my compressor.

That's like $200 in plywood but I had it on hand from before the prices went insane.

That's $200 worth of plywood? Canadian $ I suppose. Still a lot of money. Haven't priced wood lately.

Exaggerated a bit and its gone down to some extent but at one point it was like $100 a sheet once you factor taxes. Its around 60ish now. Still crazy though. OSB is somewhat reasonable though so its what I'll use for cabin.
