The guy who tried to kill me 5 years ago keeps getting into trouble. It happened on new years eve and for some reason I felt like checking up on him, probably boredom, possibly curiosity. Georgia is very open with their records compared to other states. If he weren't so dangerous I'd feel sorry for him.
Of course all humans are dangerous so theres that.
I wish they'd actually put him away for a little while.
 
I think I drinked too much wine. Have a mild head ache lol. Oddly enough I don't really feel drunk. I think it's because of my A- blood type. A stands for alcohol right?

Instagram claims this is a 15 year old girl at the Allman Brothers concert, circa 1973.
No information on her arm.
If anyone cares the Allman Brothers were the inspiration for Stillwater in Cameron Crowes "Almost Famous". When he was a teen he did tour and he did write for Rolling Stone.
No confirmation on whether he actually got into all those adventures.

I came home to find that one of the cats had puked up eighteen inches of nylon bootlace. Now how I have to figure out which one is the retard (or more retarded than the others).

I used to love to play with a shoelace with my cats. I had no problem leaving it out. One day, I came home and found my boy cat with just the end of the shoelace sticking out of his mouth. I pulled the length of the shoe lace from his throat and vowed never to leave out a shoelace unsupervised. Close call.
 
Got to talking about Facebook recently, and realized I hadnt checked my account in many years.
Logged in. The home page was a fuckin mess. And for some reason I had about 500 recommended friends. All of them Arab, and if the profile pic was any indication, almost all Muslims. I have no idea why. The people that come up with these heuristics must be stupid or crazy.

Just ordered a bit over $500 of lumber. I think the prices have more or less stabilized now and with the 2nd lock down they might go back up. I have a nice stretch of time off in a few weeks so may as well make sure I have it on hand. Will be starting on the garage insulation. Need to build a wall on one side, then ceiling joists from that wall to existing wall, then I can start the actual insulation.

I will probably need more lumber odds and ends but I figured I'd get the bulk of it. Nice thing about having a truck is I can just go get more any time. No need to make sure I order more than I need.
 
It's nice having a truck, I never would have fit this in a car. 😛





Ready to start on the workshop, I need to build a wall on the other side, then add the ceiling joists. Then I can start insulating. That may not be enough, I just did a rough estimate of how much I need, can always get more later. Just wanted to buy now in case prices start going up again. I may end up just waiting til spring, depends how cold the rest of winter gets.
