Because I didn't wire it I don't necessarily trust the 20amp breaker from my house to my shed/carport to be both electrically stable or dedicated. One "lights and plugs" label goes for 3 rooms in my house and my bathroom. The "bathroom" breaker powers a single GFCI.
So I charge with the EVSE at only 120V/8Amp, which is 960w. It says it'll be done by 10am, but probably am taking the car before that. Even partial charges will save us so much money on gas.
Cool, yeah if you can get in habit of plugging in every day it will make a decent difference. I'd look into setting up solar panels too. Though I guess chances are when you're charging it's at night, so may not be worth it.
I always have trouble reverting back to going to bed early after I'm done nights. I've thought of sleep pills but trying my best to avoid it. Eventually might need to use them though.
Decided last night that I wanted to learn skydiving. Talked with a coworker today and she wants to learn, too. Her SO isn't interested, just like my wife. So, I got a buddy to do it with. Now, I need to research the cost and availability.
