Decided last night that I wanted to learn skydiving. Talked with a coworker today and she wants to learn, too. Her SO isn't interested, just like my wife. So, I got a buddy to do it with. Now, I need to research the cost and availability.

You are paying money to jump out of a perfectly working plane?

Got up way too late again. Wanted to get up at 11am, I don't even remember turning off the alarm, instead I woke up in the dark at like 5:00 lol. Had one hell of a weird dream though. Some kind of underground mall that you can only access through a hole under the sink at church. Don't ask. lol.

Was going to make a spegatti sauce today but way too late for that now, so figured I'd go to Home Depot and get shingles then pickup Subway on the way out. But Tabarnac it's dangerous out there, some kind of weird wet snow / rain type crap, and it's not the roads or anything that are dangerous, it's that the conditions seem to cause all the windows to fog up, so I could barely see where I was going. Decided to turn around and come back home.

Ordered some Indian food instead. :p https://www.eatholycow.ca/ New place here that I always forget about.

I'd love to do that one day, but I hear it's really expensive. Let me know how it goes!

So this weird dream I had, we were at church, and for some reason another church in the area had some kind of building related issue like a flood or something, so they decided to all come to ours. I recall running into a bunch of people that looked around my age group that I had not seen before so went to hang out and asked who they were and then that's when they told me they were from the other church. The preacher was also going to be our speaker that day. So I had to help him get him setup and he needed something in the crawlspace, like a prop or something, I don't remember. So we both went under there, and it was accessible only through under bathroom sink, there was a hole you just kind of put your legs in and hold on the P trap and then let yourself slide down into the basement. Interestingly, I've seen that exact crawlspace in another dream, except in that dream I was fixing it up, such as adding lighting. So interestingly in this dream all the lighting I installed was there and it was not dark like it had been in the other dream.

We ventured throughout this place and some places were full height and this one area even had a couch and TV with a separate set of stairs going up. Long story short I got lost and ventured deeper and found myself into this mall type area and the further I went the more huge this place was and there was people everywhere. There was even a hockey rink with a live NHL game. I think it was like Detroit and Boston or something, I just remember red and yellow sweaters. I was trying to get back to the preacher at this point as the sermon was about to start and he needed me for something, but I just kept venturing deeper into this weird mall type place. Then I ran into an area that was actually some kind of college or school. I also recall these weird vending machine type games built into the walls. you had to beat the game for the door to open to get to the next area. So there was one guy playing and a couple people waiting at the door. It had a really distinctive beeping/arcade type sound. I woke up around this time and I had the beeps in my head for the longest time. I oddly can't remember the pattern now. I do recall being down there in the dream and thinking "this place would make a cool movie". It sure as hell would. A mall accessible through a church's sink. It does not get any weirder than that.

I wonder if dreams like this is what it feels like to be on drugs. That was vivid AF. I like the fact that some parts I've seen in another dream, but in that dream it was dark since I was installing lighting.

Cool, yeah if you can get in habit of plugging in every day it will make a decent difference. I'd look into setting up solar panels too. Though I guess chances are when you're charging it's at night, so may not be worth it.
Night charging only, so the setup would have to be much more expensive. It had 34 miles this morning, and lasted all but a handful of blocks to home. The wife drives to work 10 miles each way to work, stopped by several places and blasted the heat. All on a 120v 8amp. She got 27 miles.

I got a new mechanical keyboard in the mail today from Amazon. The Monoprice red-switch 104-key I have absolutely wreaks havoc on my typing skills since I can't feel when I'm typing, and it super loud since I crash it down to know that I actually typed something. This one is an ~80key Tecware Brown Switch/Red LED keyboard and so far has been much better to type on, and much quieter than the red keyboard. Tactile feedback!

I've got a couple of Cherry keyboards with blue switches. Was so glad I ditched the membrane keyboards years ago.

I really need to try to go to bed early tonight. If I can manage to get up early tomorrow and if the weather is good I can work on my shed. It's suppose to be more dry tomorrow so hopefully I can manage to work. Suppose to snow though, but I don't care too much about that, might need to cover power tool vents though as if the snow gets in it might melt and THAT will be a problem lol.

Know what I miss? L shape enter keys. Enter is kind of a "master" key used for a lot of things, it only makes sense that it's bigger, like the space bar. not sure who's bright idea it was to make it smaller.

Lol I just got remembered by this time when I worked at another place I decided to clean my keyboard one morning, I took all the keys out, placed them on the desk so I can easily put them back after. I also cleaned each individual key. I then went outside with the air compressor to get all the gunk out from between the keys. My asshole coworker decides to mix all my keys up so now it took longer to put them back. IT manager walks in and sees me and starts getting super pissed at how I'm wasting company time to clean a $20 keyboard. What really annoyed me about that is I know as a fact if I had asked for a new one just because it was dirty, I would have been told to pound sand.

So glad I don't work at that place anymore though.
