I got sulfuric acid on my hands the other day.

From a flooded Pb cell? Not a problem, it's pretty dilute even at full charge. Still need to flush well but it's not a four alarm emergency say if it were reagent grade. You know, the stuff that turns sugar cubes into carbon snakes in seconds? :D

Yeah just battery. I always wear birth control goggles so my only concern was making sure I don't touch my clothes or anything. Washed up after, good to go.

At least I did not do this:

They're calling for 60mm of rain in the next few days.

Will be a good way to tell if the repairs they did on the roof here at work were done properly. :p

Hopefully no water comes pouring down over a DSLAM or something. That's happened. lol

There's a spot like a block from where I live that I can fish, I always forget about it actually. I don't fish much, got back into it a tad in the last few years. I still need to learn to clean fish. Have not caught anything in the few times I went camping recently.

Yeah I looked at a few youtube videos and does not look too hard. Depends on the type of fish, some are easier than others. Pike is the most typical here and they're not too hard, just a bit tricky to get all the bones out properly.
now you are talking about filleting, much more detailed and labourious task, still doable though

what kind of fish down there?

Depends, you can get some pretty large tasty ones now and then.

It's salt water, even sheep heads and a few things are good depending where you go. Sheep heads are pretty good eating, but usually hang out at bridges etc.

The Red fish are on the flats else where, but you can even get an occasional Grunt/Sea Bass in close.
