For my 5% contribution, they give me 4%. And even if I don't put a dime of my own money in, they give me an amount equal to 10% of my salary to invest. It is a great deal especially in conjunction with our other benefits.

Oh yeah. That's one heck of a deal. The only other "free" money available is the stock option plan. An annual event to sign up for a chosen but limited dollar amount. Then 1 yr later the right to buy @ last year's strike price.

At any point, one can quit and be refunded. But, you're out until the next enrollment.

Got the family printer working through my router as a network printer. Nice. No more email myself go over to dads computer to print. Can also print from my mother's computer now too.
