As a general rule, males typically get better with age, the opposite holds true for females.

I'm far from rich but I honestly feel my situation has been improving steadily as I age and I think I'm going to peak around 45, and still have a great time until about 53. Not talking about wealth, but women.

If you're still boning 18-25 year olds when you're 53, my hat is off to you, good sir.

He is right to some extent. I used to be the nice guy. Sure, I'd get action but inevitably it was because I was more of a "plan B" or "plan C" until they found someone else.

I finally wised up and started not giving a shit and things got better for me.
This. I was the nice doormat guy until I said "fuck it, I'll be asexual" at 16 and stopped giving a shit and they started coming.

And yet another reason why so many girls go to college for their MRS degree, and why they are so quick to leave college and look for a husband, why the "big 3-0" is such a terrifying thing for them, et cetera.

I'm still working on that. I don't have to listen to their shit anymore, but on the other hand, I rarely talk to any girls anymore. *shrug* High school makes life so much easier to see people.

When I was in grad school and working in our lab, we hired an "assistant." She was a bright girl who already had her degree (don't recall what it was in) but had decided to come back and get a degree in ME and work in our lab to earn some money.

Well, the truth came out -- she chose engineering mainly to meet guys, and I was her target. She was cute, but somewhat annoying and I finally (and unwisely) broke down and took her on a date. It went OK, but I finally just stopped talking to her because I wasn't interested. She quit her job at the lab and stopped working on an ME degree.

The last time I checked (last year), she had apparently gone to law school and is some sort of insurance commissioner in our state government. The odd thing is that I thought that mutual friends had told me she had gotten married years and years ago but when I looked last year, she still was using her maiden name and I saw no mention of a husband or a ring on her hand.

I will admit, this was a case of me being narrow-minded and I probably should've given her more time.

High school does make it easy, which is why I'm pissed I didn't take advantage of my opportunities there. It gets so much harder to meet people as you get older.

haha, maybe I'll be able to, but I'm not sure I'll want to. My sweet spot right now is 25-33. They're still very good looking and most of them have dropped the retarded concept of disney princess romance. And they don't care as much to be labeled as sluts anymore, and they don't want me to pay for everything.

I've been flirted at by high school girls o_O I ran like hell.

I think the 18-25 will look so much better than into the 30's. But the other compensations are very good news.

If they're still in high school, I think you're too old once you graduate college.

It was about my 3rd year in college before I finally figured out I needed to stop trying to do things or change my behavior to "get" girls. I was always worried about what I was wearing (did I look nice?), do I smell good, am I being super nice to her etc etc. I'd focus in a girl that I was physically attracted to and then try to adjust on the fly to get her to go out with me.

I don't recall the exact moment or what finally did it, but I said fuck it, going to be myself, not stress about this stupid shit and if a girl digs me and I'm attracted to her we'll see how it goes.

This really opened up the dating scene for myself. I still can't believe how silly I was when I was younger about stressing about girls.

After I changed my dating habits, I would only need 3-4 dates before knowing it wouldn't work out with someone. So 2-4 dates, if I knew it wasn't long term, I'd just move on.

I'm pretty selective about who I hang out around anyways, basically if I don't have fun hanging out with you, I'm not in contact with you. So when I met my future wife, we dated and after while it was like ok, she lets me do whatever I want, does her own thing, is responsible, attractive etc etc. Afterwhile I got myself thinking, I've never even had a friendship with a girl just as friends this long, let a lone dating. Long term she was looking to get married and if not she would be the one moving on with me.

When you find the right person, it was just a natural progression. I still can't believe how much time we spend together and we still do stupid stuff and I ask, do other couples STILL do silly things like this?
