Bye bye ESXi 5.5, it's officially retired. I have 3 proxmox nodes now and everything ported over. PVE01 is the server that was running ESXi. Got the remote console to work in a Windows 11 VM so was able to do the OS install remotely.

I have 4 sticks if 16GB in the mail, will upgrade 2 of the nodes from 32 to 64. The other one is already maxed out, it can't go higher than 32. I've been adjusting ram on VMs to be more generous now that I have more ram to play with.
