Like a realtor would say, It's a fixerupper but lot of potential!

I would probably leave all that stuff as is actaully. Fix roofs and maybe windows to stop leaks but leave the rest. It's historical.

I would definitely consider making a range if I got such a property. Not really sure what the legalities are here but pretty sure if you're only using fire arms on your own property it's not really that complicated. You still need a license though. The property would have to be an unorganized township though. No shooting firearms in city limits. A bomb range would actually be super cool too, do stuff like mythbusters. :D

Thursday morning nef.

(Yesterday was a day I'd rather forget at work...our mail van-it's a Ford Transit Connect-got a flat front right tire,possibly from a nail or piece of glass.)


This happened as my co-worker and I(he was driving,not me) were on our way back from the local post office back to Portland State University's mail room.

Took us an extra half an hour to put on the space-saver spare tire,and then limp back to the mail room.

Hope that never happens again...

I have to give Oracle some credit on their report creator. Given that I've had no training on using it, it is pretty straight forward and reasonably logical.

I dont mind. But they will probably make a lot of changes next year and I bet they won't all be good.

Think I just ruined my actify. I was making stir fry to freeze and the first batch I ate, the chicken felt like it was not quite cooked so the next batch I put for an extra 10 minutes but it just turned everything into charcoal. Doubt that is going to come off, but I will let it soak and hope for the best. Oops.

Need to finish the rest off the old fashioned way in a pan, and do the chicken in the oven. then throw it in the pan after with rest of vegetables. Probably what I should have done for the chicken cook it for 10 minutes alone then throw veggies in it after.

Cooking is just not my thing. But trying to force myself to do it more and do meal prep.
