There's a 400 acre radar site for sale for 280k.... so tempting. That would be so cool lol. It's not an unorganized township though. Need permits and crap to build stuff or to do anything, and probably can't do anything commercial and the taxes are over a grand a year. So that's a lot of money for something that I am limited in what I can do.

Pretty sure that's all gone but the tower is still there. Lots of random houses and even a small air strip on the property. All run down stuff but would definitely be awesome. Probably find big diesel generators and stuff too.
