Okay. 230 is too much. Aim for around 190 again, but lift lots of heavy shit, turn that fat into muscle. Get contacts instead of glasses. You look like you can't grow a beard, am I right?
I'm lazy so I actually keep a stubble beard a LOT of the time, think Dr House. Horrible I know but like I said I'm lazy Yeah the weights are a good idea. I've put on some moderate muscle in the past just lifting shit for work, back when I worked at 7-11, so I know my body would respond to weights.
