Buying houses around heregoes lke this. Agent lists the house in the lsting, people check out the house, x days later everyone show up with their offer and compete.

fuck my house is like a 3 bedroom house in one of the nicer cities in the twin cities area and it is worth about 200000 to 300000

was like 114000 in like 1985

buying houses around here goes like this: Check mls, find out all the old and run down 2 bedroom 1 bath houses are $1.5+ mil, give up.

Mine has a pool and is arund 2500 sqft.

my house is a older neighborhood from the 70s

not as rich compared to all of the nicer homes in my city but still in one of the ricer cities in the twin cities

no pool

probably somewhere around 2000 square feet

My wife's idea... I hate pools. Especially here.

Toronto gets really hot though, I'd probably want one too if I lived there. Then again you can just have a nice cold bath or something. Pools are a lot of work.

I remember going to Canada's Wonderland (not exactly Toronto but close enough) and it was like +39. It was brutal! The rides were making me sick because it was just too hot so spent the day in the water park. Everybody was hogging the garbage cans to get their feet in the shade. :awe: Ground was HOT!

open for a very short season, shit lot of work.
