New housing development near me has a signs up advertising 3 bedroom homes starting at only $1.2M!

That's pretty common in my area as well. They're not even "nice" houses either, just cookie-cutters.

not as rich compared to all of the nicer homes in my city but still in one of the ricer cities in the twin cities

My wife's idea... I hate pools. Especially here.

Toronto gets really hot though, I'd probably want one too if I lived there. Then again you can just have a nice cold bath or something. Pools are a lot of work.

I remember going to Canada's Wonderland (not exactly Toronto but close enough) and it was like +39. It was brutal! The rides were making me sick because it was just too hot so spent the day in the water park. Everybody was hogging the garbage cans to get their feet in the shade. :awe: Ground was HOT!
