I'll just put it together as if I didn't mess with it.
We still have to order a ribbon cable cause customer lost it when trying to fix it himself.
Will be easier to blame it on customer fault when get around to it. Although that piece can very easily be fixed with some soldering.

Damn I suck.

Am glad we're not as bad as some other shop's around here, that we've had to fix their mistakes.
About 4 customers came in here, saying they took it to another shop for virus removal. Would get it back in worse condition. Most of them in non-working order. Mostly due to a bootleg trojan-laden Microsoft Security Essentials. Like wow, really? I'm pretty sure you can get viruses that corrupt an entire OS for free elsewhere.
$75 & few days later, they left a happy customer.

lol, I'm glad I can do my own computer upgrades and repairs. Still get shafted by car mechanics FML.
