My problem is I automatically stress about EVERYTHING. Even small things can get me going, to the point where I feel panic.

Sometimes you have to just accept the fact and let go. When ever I am down.. I watch movies or play video games. I will not speak with anyone.. other than my GF and my brother.

I'm kind of like that too, and it makes my wife mad. If I am upset or stressed, I typically hide out in my man cave and surf the web, watch TV, play a game, etc.

lol, must be an AT/geek thing. I'm the same.

The main reason I do that.. is because I don't want to be seen as the guy who is always moody. I don't want to be the guy who spoils everyone's mood.

I don't want people to care too much about me. I know my family does, but that is to be expected. I stopped making friends after high school, I don't know why.. but all my best friends are from grade/high school.

I hate when people take their problems out on others. If I'm pissed off or something I tell people to stay away for a while, or retreat somewhere because I don't want to be rude to them.

Sure but you can't hide all the time. I've been running/hiding for 10 years or so. It's got to stop at some point.
