They're doing a waste pickup here, so the door is open, and my room is freezing. It's mostly my feet and legs though, courtesy of the whole heat-rises concept.

There's snow and slush on the ground, it's 34 F out. I saw a girl out jogging in gym shorts, tights underneath, and a t shirt. Now there's a hardy soul.

Him and SSSnail got into it in one of the other threads, but I'm not sure which one. Too many football threads to keep them straight.

He has a chip on his shoulder. I am joking around and having a good time in most of the football threads but he always tries to get his little digs in because I've made fun of Jerry Jones and the Cowboys in the past. He gets REALLY pissed when I do that. :D

He'll probably be really pissed when he sees my response to his comment about me being the President of the Tom Brady club.

I hate it when people bring up Montana, Elway, Marino, and all the other old names. I have no way to evaluate them, because highlights and stats are a poor substitute for watching an entire career.

If you're the President of the Tom Brady fan club, then I have to be President of the Peyton Manning fan club.

I find it hilarious that the Broncos, in pulling so much BS and luck out to win their division, are going to be seeing a terrible, awful schedule next year.

Also, the Colts are going to get an easy schedule... which they're going to need, because the team is a house of cards that was propped up by #18.

"Now it's a headache for Ravens coach John Harbaugh, who's tasked with shutting down both Gronkowski and Hernandez, who have combined for a jaw-dropping 2,200-plus receiving yards and 25 total touchdowns this season."

LOL.

And it's triaging. If you want to shut down Gronkowski, you need double coverage. If you want to shut down Welker, you need double coverage. If you want to keep Brady under duress, you need a heavy pass rush against a good O-line. If you want to deny Ridley and Woodhead from tearing off quick outside runs, you need close linebackers.

Well, I just tallied up about 12-15 defensive players. Just one minor problem - you only get 11.

And running Hernandez out of the backfield is a brilliant idea. I've also loved seeing Nate Solder playing fullback. (FYI: Solder is a left tackle, he's freaking monstrous.) But Solder doesn't have speed to break loose with, Hernandez does.

I really don't think Hernandez will stay past his rook contract though. He'll make more money and play time with almost any other team in the league.
