Although they name it Properties of Matter, and the syllabus of Physics II focuses on waves/electricity more, whereas III goes into fluids, dynamics, et cetera.
 
The Californian relatives are coming back to Winnipesaukee this summer. Arriving July 2, departing July 16. We're talking probably one of the busiest weekends of the entire summer, if not the busiest, and they're now on the far side of the lake. On a zero-traffic day, that's 35 minutes from our vacation house. It's entirely on main roads, so on a high traffic day, it'll be probably an hour. Also, that's during the first couple weeks of summer second session.
 
As for the house location, it's in a rich area, looks like a huge nice house. I'd rather the reverse of that particular island - a large view across several islands instead of right at the mainland over a high boat traffic channel. But okay.
