Ok, here is what I am thinking.

AT probably has one of the smartest, inventive, and technical user base of any other internet site. What I am proposing we do is start a private topic to discuss a possible business venture. I am sure if we put all of our minds and contacts together we could design a product, produce, and market our idea for a nice profit, possibly starting our own business.

The way I see it we would need:

Idea People
Lawyers
Marketing
Get it done people (manufacturing)
Programming/Development
Finance/Accounting
etc.

We would first need the lawyer to draw up a non-disclosure before people joined the topic, that way we stay legit, and anyone who assists would share in our profits.

What do you think?

It's a nice idea, but it would be pretty difficult to actually put together.. all the legal aspects, etc..

I'm in. ;)

who knows.. We would start with a brainstorming session where the idea folks can interact with the marketing, manufacturing, development, etc.. until we figure that out.

owners equity/stock to insure people are legitamitly interested in the success of the business. If people have a financial investment in the company they are more likely to stick with it and work hard to see that there investment pays off.
