Actually, I should add that I can more readily understand a business owner wanting his vehicles out front because of all the valuable stuff inside. Not always the case for cars.
Someone has a problem with generalzations. Or it is a city with limited parking? It was a friend in Riochester and it was a good area.
This will be my last post guys. Thanks to everyone with advice, and thanks to everyone for the funny solutions.
Obviously it WASN'T a good area if you had to walk several blocks to get to your house after you park.
This would get the job done.Rig a bomb to his ignition so his trucks blow up when he starts them.
If you had an HOA, they might have a rule against commercial vehicles being parked overnight. Otherwise, I'd guess you're stuck.
And sue him for booku bucks.
Yes - as we all know the one and only indicator of a good neighborhood is the proximity of parking to your house
then post about the dickbag that keeps using all the street parking like some kind of selfish asshole for his commercial vehicles because he is too much of a cheapass to rent a place to keep them and so much a hypocrite that he wont let his own neighbors park in front of their own houseAdd him on facebook.
make an appointment with a competing hvac company and give them his address.
Before you start work on your amateur law degree, try being polite and just asking that he not park both his extra vehicles in front of your home so you can have a spot. I assume you don't really care if he parks one there as long as there is space for yours as well.
If he continues to be a jerk, just continue to park in front of his house, and if he gives you the "death stare", point to his vehicles in front of your house. If you have no legal recourse, then neither does he.
bookU?
Beaucoup...
That's one way to deal with it...keep parking in front of his house...let him get mad enough to hit you...then sue him for enough that YOU own the trucks...PROFIT!

WHAT? We've been punked...
There may be a zoning violation. If he is running a business out of his home and using a residential area as his makeshift business parking lot he may be violating your city zoning law.
Fire...it's the only solution.
You need to get a video camera on your spaces now. He's already told somebody he's going to mess your stuff up if you keep messing with him.I sort of did that, I took 2 spots with our cars for a 1 week. Dude seemed to get even more pissed. I want to keep the tension low because I have to live next to the guy and I don't want my stuff vandalized or place broken into.
