I don't put one of Ford. Fords sounds really, really dumb. I cringe anytime I hear somebody say it that way.

same for me but I don't know anyone who works or goes there. It seems like people put an S on the end of any business. I have even heard "Walmarts". WTF?

OP: My experience anywhere but Detroit itself or Downriver are fine. Only shitty people live Downriver.

Is it a Michigan thing to put an "s" on the end of everything? Meijers, Fords...why do we do that?

I know people that do it in West Virginia.
