Perhaps because yours shows a negative and un-ordinary set of results which seem to have an underlying motive to downplay the ATI GPU? Whereas Jokers are based on real world ordinary circustances and use. You've selectively chosen when to take your screenshot, he has'nt. theres a big difference

Yes, I specifically timed my screenshot to show max memory usage, because that would require multiple attempts (after the first load, CCC actually loads fairly quickly...~1-2 seconds). That's pure silliness.

This is all assuming that you had an attorney stupid enough to take the case (chances are about 1%) and the jugde hasn't thrown it out (chances are about 99%).

Next time you threaten legal action, try to put a thought behind it.
