We are continuing to perform internal testing on all realms as a part of the 5.0.4 Patch release. We will be extending the regularly scheduled maintenance until approximately 3:00 p.m. PDT.
 
And its up. Im closer to my frost wrym than I originally thought! I just need portal jockey and Heroic Dream and Sindy and Im done. Fuck I hope I can get some people to run that shit tonight!!
 
on my first took about 40 minutes from boot to getting the game in playable state. on the optimization part it sat at 0% for a long while they went done.

other computer shouldn't be as long as the first hadn't done any background downloading.
 
before I waste the money on transferring my druid to my main server, there's no other class that can instantly gain flight form right? or, that one really expensive dragon mount that turns you into a dragon...thats not instant is it?

I don't have it, but I don't recall any other mount cast being instant. The only thing that ever was that was available to others were the Hallow's End brooms, but that was changed a year or two ago.

damn seasonal holiday achievement isn't set for account wide accomplishement 🙁
 
I was reserving Ironcane for my druid -- because it's an anagram of Cenarion -- but I'm wondering if it would make a better monk name
 
ok, seems the achievements and mounts only are shared after you log into the char that has something others don't.


so I now have violet protos on all, but they don't have the 310% riding...assuming that I can still complete the achievement on a char that hasn't done it to get the extra speed?

I hope my main computer doesnt take that long. I did it on my laptop at work and it saved me 8gbs on my SSD which is niceee.

A good deal of my add-ons still seem to be borked. I was only getting ~35 FPS with one client open, which is pretty low for me. We'll see how it progresses over the next week or so.

Ya when I logged in it was pretty bad but it eventually got better. Me, my wife, and a friend flew over to Ironforge and it wasn't quite so croweded there.

Does anyone know what they are going to do about tabards? I have the 25 tabard achievement on one toon but I can't buy the achievement tabard on my other toons.
 
Several of my add one may be abandoned, which won't be good. Man ones looking bad at the moment are experl and autobar.



And some of them are interacting bad with the game. After updating about a third with mop versions, then had to go through 1 by 1 to disable until I found the one that was giving me system lag spikes.

Didn't play on the lock, was doing my 85 pally as he still has last 3 cata zones to complete. At the beginning his dps seemed a good bit lower than the day before, but as I got used to the spell/talent changes I was even or somewhat better.


And while the consolidation of cook rewards is nice, for love of god can't the JCs get something similar. Still have months to go to finish all my epic plans.

I personally don't like the changes. Only thing I like is pet battles, and account shared mounts/pets/achieves.

-Hate the new talent system. Hate how unbalanced some talents are so there are STILL "cookie" cutter talents, when removing that was the FULL reason for this change.
-Dislike the new glyphs. (My main has 0 actually USEFUL glyphs now).
-Stormwind still seems damaged, that should have been repaired by now.
-Unlimited dailies? As if gold wasn't already overflowing on some servers. I am tired of seeing stuff that shouldnt be 5-10k gold being that high.
