Haven't played in the beta much but with a release date now I decided to patch it and look around some again. Bastards must have done a reset of the beta files at some point as it was a 20/gb download. One of two things I really hope they do is remove that damn bubble around thee be kingdom, but expectations still low.
 
They've decided to push back the brewfest event for a week this year to allow players time to level after mop.

Have 1 char that I screwed up and didn't finish one item to complete this achievement which would also have given him the mount, hopefully the level doesn't matter for him as he already killed the brewmaster.
 
i havent played this game in well over a year, however im interested to see panda land for some reason, maybe im just getting bored with all the other games im playing

I don't blame you. I don't really want to raid anymore, but I'm still tempted to play Panda Land. I think it's just how the fun part is exploring and seeing all the new stuff.

I pre-ordered the collector's edition on Amazon, and I've been tempted to cancel it quite a few times.
 
Plan on logging into beta this weekend a bit to play as a monk.

Also interested to ssee if the char screen has been modified for more than 10 chars/realm.
 
I started playing a monk in beta months ago but the thought of having to do everything again on live just kills any "beta testing" for me. I just did like 8 levels to see some of the new skills. Imma be rollin'... they hatin'.

This is true. My wife and I never played WoW before. But we found out about the recruit-a-friend deal and decided to try it till Torchlight 2 and Borderlands 2 comes out. It's fun because it's all new to us. Emerald Dream has pretty good population too.

I haven't played for the last few months. I have the beta and don't play that..much.

but i have played it enough to know i will get it. it will be fun at least seeing the new stuff and lands. they are very pretty.

not sure i like the changes they have done though.
 
Mists of Pandaria is going to make it easier for you to earn Valor points on your alts once your main character is capped for the week. The Valor of the Ancients buff increases the Valor earned on all of your characters on a realm by 50%, after one character has capped for the week. This comes along with another change to Valor points that limits the amount you may hold at any time to 3,000 per character. Valor of the Ancients Buff

The only negative aspect of that for Blizzard is in China where you pay based on how much you play. I'm not sure if China has any monthly plans like we do, but I recall hearing that there are hourly rates.

For everyone else, Blizzard gets their $15 if we play for 5 hours or 10. 😛
 
it seems like capping on valor will be neigh-impossible for casuals/non-raiders, so it may just be a way of encouraging raiders to play their alts.

You will also earn soem valor points on some daily quests too.

Along with the daily dungeon, raids and so on.
 
I read a post in the forums that suggested that hitting the weekly cap will require 35 heroics/week?

5 heroics/day seems like a lot for this casual
