Question regarding the annual pass. I have two wow accounts under 1 battlenet account. One account is my main, the other I just used to SoR one of my toons up to 80, then I transferred my toon to my main account. When I try to sign up for the annual pass it's trying to force me to do it with my second account. If I sign up for the annual pass, can I move it to my main account?

no, if you can't get it correctly to select the bnet account you want may need to call in.

If I remember correctly, the link to setup an annual pass is on the specific account's page. So when you get the list of all of your games, under World of Warcraft, you should just need to select the correct account.

Unfortunately, all of my active accounts have an annual pass on them, so I cannot see what the exact process is past that.

I haven't played for a full year (started at launch) but I do check this thread out from time to time just to see what's going on.

Does anyone else here LOVE the music in WoW? I just spent almost two hours listening misc. scores and mini-tracks that someone extracted from the original games files. The pre-expansion WoW was a magical time for me. Probably the best gaming year of my life.

I was trying to pinpoint why I started to dislike WoW and where it started to lose its luster for me. One of the primary factors was the death of exploration/adventure. Flying mounts and removing the need to have to travel to instances really dampened a part of WoW that they couldn't make up for. Did no one else love getting immersed in the world and listening to zone music?

It also really bugged me when they removed essentially all of the non-instance elite areas. They presented a sense of fear, challenge and accomplishment. I remember two-manning the elite orc area in the Wetlands with a friend. We died like 8 times trying to perfectly clear and pull that Nek'rosh (?) NPC and kill him. He was orange to both of us.

this cross realm zone stuff looks interesting.

hopefully they allow it on most of the zones... definitely gonna roll a monk and would like to see people everywhere again.

i turn off the music as it is too repetitive, but once in a while i turn it back off for nostalgia. Warsong Gulch music is awesome for playing that bg. Some of the early zones are good too, brings back a lot of memories.

I like the idea of the Cross Realm Zone stuff, but what makes it even niftier is that it really isn't just multiple realms. They said that it can also be used within a single realm to split heavily populated zones into multiple instances. That probably won't be used much except for when new areas are released (expansions, major patches, etc.), but it should help.

I turn music almost down in any game I play.

did more reading, and they are also going to split zones on a single realm into multiples if overcrowded, that's one thing I don't really like.

Monk tanking is pretty hard. I get hit big. Druid tank is awesome.

i'm in beta but too lazy to play through so many levels only to have to do it again on live... so what monk spec is most fun to play?

how do monks mitigate dmg? Just straight up dodge/parry/self-healing with no shield like DKs?

I got one.

Not much has changed. It's been a year since I last played according to my account. Any idea when Panda town is going to come up?

So, just a few hours till june....how about that release date.

Damn it. I was betting it will be out on June/July so it's not looking really good now.

Not that I bet real money or anything, but if it turns out that I was right I will definitely brag about it :)

The beta seems to be progressing rather nicely. I haven't been playing it that much, but I do keep up on the news posts on MMO Champion.

started playing again (again) this week... disheartened to see that my formerly "Full" server is now listed as low/new player recommended, though.

and my guild (level 25) doesn't seem to have more than 1-2 people online at a time.

I'm debating if it's worth the time/money to grind to Guild Exalted for the mount and then transfer off servers.

is guild rep any easier to get in MoP? I'm already halfway through revered; it seems like a waste to switch guilds before getting the exalted mount (esp. with account-wide mounts... guild rep is such a slog without raiding, I dread having to do it again via dailies)

I haven't heard much about guild rep being easier to attain. Although, it's not bad if you do 5-mans either.

Also, my guild rarely has anyone on if it's not a raid night.

I played on laughing skull which was full, when I got the SoR it was labelled medium and orgrimmar was noticeably less populated. I didn't bother with guild rep because they fell apart as quickly as they were made. Most of the well established guilds kept to themselves.

I honestly think its just better to go solo now. Raids are pretty easy to pug.

Lack of release date doesn't surprise me, think while most thought they'd have it out this summer to finally make that accelerated schedule I thought a mid september would most likely be the earliest.

this cross realm zone stuff looks interesting.

It's necessary because some servers have become virtual ghost towns lately.

Could be the D3 effect but I left one dead server to finally reroll to one of the first servers I ever played on Kil'jaeden. It's medium on off-peak hours and high during peak hours.
