CuriousMike you're killing it! Great shots!

One of my favorite things:

Hunting Island near Beaufort, SC:

Really beautiful scene. It looks postprocessed with some kind of "vanilla" preset, but it works quite nicely. The longish exposure time seems like the perfect blend of motion and serenity.

Posting some "stars" (not really stars, no offense to the true stargazers).

I like the exposure time on that one Spoooon, enough time to be smooth, but fast enough to be dynamic.

That one feels very Christmas Berliner, festive. =)

I put out salt licks for the squirrels around here, and yesterday I caught this guy half asleep at one.

You got me there Belegost! Good memory from my Christmas posts or just the feeling the image conveys?

Mike: I really like the rapeseed picture. The other one does not work at all for me though.

Berliner: just the feeling from the colors and motion. The new one makes me think of a phoenix.

Mike: Love the mustard field, gorgeous colors.

Nohr: Venus is really bright, crazy.

The squirrels seem to think spring is here, so I've gotten a few good shots recently. This guy is eating the new leaf buds off my tree...

Did my "normal" hike today of Mission Peak, but decided to hike one peak further - This is me looking back at Mission Peak.
( Still struggling with blue skies. )

some fantastic landscapes Mike, inlcuding the shot with your dog. and i really like the effect you captured in the bay area picture caused by the bridge lighting too.
