11 miles on the trainer on last night. Air temperature when I left for work at 8am today today was -8F... and it's not going to warm up for a while... so I'll be on the trainer a lot more, I think.

On the trainer for +10 miles on Sat and then again +11 miles last night. But on the good news front, the high for this Sat. is supposed to be 66F so I may try to gather my cycling buddies and hit the hills... if all the snow melts.

19 miles for a quick first ride of the season.
Still coughing and mucus'd up too :-(

Also, it appears the current setup doesn't work for my right leg, specifically the knee (slight pain on the rear outside muscle/tendon bit).
Knee max opening angle should be around 140-145 degrees, which initially feels pretty good, but I may have to open it up a bit more, by raising the seat another quarter of an inch or so.
Weird thing is that with the previous lower saddle set up, I didn't have this problem. If a more open knee doesn't fix it, I might have to get a professional have a look at my leg lengths and set up.

As soon as it gets above freezing and this foot of snow goes away, I'll be out there!

+15 on the trainer.

And, yeah, Fleshlight, it looks like you are. I have looked at your Strava rides and they look epic. Here in Colorado, yesterday and today are probably good enough to ride (~50F), but there's a lot of snow in the bike lanes and ice on the road in the shade. I'll probably do 30-40 miles in the foothills on tomorrow or Sunday. The high will be 66F. Hopefully a good chunk of the snow will have melted by then...
