Did another 20 yesterday. I'm thinking about breaking the 30 minute mark today.

52 miles this weekend. Knees hurt, so been reading about spinning versus mashing. Pretty sure I've been mashing like crazy.

22 miles today. Took a couple days off due to self inflected injury. Saw some guy roller blading, he was going faster than most people on bikes. Impressive.

52 miles of mashing? You are a beast. You'll also really love how easy spinning for the same distance is once you acclimate to the change (it takes a bit of time, but you'll appreciate it greatly once you adapt).

Did my usual 6 today. My Strava's mileage log is messed up though. It's only recording a portion of my ride and not the whole thing. What's going on?!

Wow, I have been completely neglecting to post my mileage for the last week and a half:

6/18 - 12 miles
6/23 - 23 miles
6/25 - 20 miles
6/26 - 23 miles

Total: 8407

As a side note, I am looking to expand my bike purchases, and need some suggestions. Just as a reference I am riding a Trek 7.2 FX

Bike handles - I notice on long rides my hands(and wrist) start to mildly cramp up. Not to bad, but they tend to be at the same orientation when I am at work at my pc (just further apart). I find myself putting the palm of my hand at the very end of the handle. Which works, it just doesn't give great control of the bike. I'm thinking something along the lines of this: http://www.amazon.com/Ergon-GR2-Bicy...d_sim_sbs_sg_5

Keep in mind, I am not looking to replace the entire handle bar.

Mirror - self explanatory but needs to mount to the bike, see above ^^.

Cargo pouch - preferable one under the seat, any good brands? Ideally like to be large enough for my phone, wallet and a Redbox DVD (<- should save me some mileage on my car)

^ are you looking for a new bike or just upgrades to that one? I'm on a rahleigh revenio 3.0, and rather like it!

I'm also having problems with my hands, and I'm guessing I just need to work on my core to try and keep as much weight as possible off my palms? I wear gloves and had my bars rewrapped with cushier tape, that has helped quite a bit but still bothering me close to that 10 mile mark.

10 miles yesterday
