There may be a good deal on a slightly used 3090 Ti from a certain individual on here once he gets a 4090.

If you are willing to let it go for the $300 price range send me a PM. I currently need to replace 3 GPUs in various computers in my householdThere may be a good deal on a slightly used 3090 Ti from a certain individual on here once he gets a 4090.
going for crypto mining used graphics card will probably get nothing.
I normally post them for sale on a forum beginning with the letter H and rhymes with lard.Do you post your items here or somewhere else? I like FS/FT here but tend to use ebay because stuff sells quickly there, even though they take a big cut.
“Moore’s Law is dead. […] A 12-inch wafer is a lot more expensive today. The idea that the chip is going to go down in price is a story of the past,” said Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang in a response to PC World’s Gordon Ung.

Nvidia says falling GPU prices are ‘a story of the past’
Nvidia has all but confirmed what many were already speculating about in regard to the prices of the RTX 40-Series.www.digitaltrends.com
From the horses mouth himself:
Precisely. Ain't our fault Nvidia haven't done their homework on chiplet tech and are still using monolithic solutions for everything. Meanwhile, AMD has been trying to find ways to use the cutting edge node as sparingly and as economically as possible.“Moore’s Law is dead. […] A 12-inch wafer is a lot more expensive today. Who cares about the chip, that's Nvidia's concern, it's the card that matters to us.
LOL Suuuuuure.... GPU itself is only a small part of the whole package, even if chip itself is 50% more expensive that should not translate into card itself being 50% more expensive.![]()

One is trying to sell 6x3090 rig that he claims he bought only 6 months ago. If true, that was one hell of a mistake for the dude.
The FOMO is real. Lots of uninformed would-be miners with dreams of get-rich-quick. Only, it's not like that at all.One is trying to sell 6x3090 rig that he claims he bought only 6 months ago. If true, that was one hell of a mistake for the dude.

I'd like to see prices around what they were for Kepler, Maxwell, and Pascal.
What I don't understand is why spend expensive transistors on cache and reduce the memory bus width on all but the biggest cards. Reducing memory bus is normally about reducing the board cost (less pins). If the chip is expensive then surely it's cheaper to have a more expensive board with a wider memory bus and less cache?LOL Suuuuuure.... In other news, checking local facebook marketplace there are about 20 for sale listings for mining rigs. One is trying to sell 6x3090 rig that he claims he bought only 6 months ago. If true, that was one hell of a mistake for the dude. Prices WILL be coming down, and JH is just going to have to deal with it.

Or just commit to playing the backlog of games that you never got around to.The alternative explanation that makes a lot more sense is that a 300 mm2 AD104 is not all that expensive and the fake 4080 has enormous profit margins.
Just say no and change to a cheaper hobby like yachting or burning dollar bills![]()
with dreams of get-rich-quick.
Oh, well, that just means that when I do buy it it will include all the DLC and the community will have fixed all the bugs for around $10 by the time I get to buy a cheap 4070 to play it. Bargain gamer for the win.
6800 or 6900 is likely what I'll be getting. If Nvidia is going to keep playing games with stock and prices, they aren't getting my money.![]()
AMD Cuts MSRPs of Radeon RX 6000 Series Graphics Cards
AMD has come up with new MSRPs for its Radeon RX 6000 series RDNA2 graphics cards, in a bid to better compete against NVIDIA's RTX 30-series high-end cards, as the product lifecycles of both companies draw to a close. The new price list was finalized on September 15, and is beginning to take...www.techpowerup.com
6900XT seems like good value card after price cut
Although, I admit I was hoping to play Cyberpunk 2077 at 4k ray traced in all it's glory. I hate how people think Pascal was reasonably priced. The GTX 1080 when it first came out people complained of taking what was supposed to be a 1070 and changing the name to justify the price increase. And this was right before the mining boom.
I can see why the frog in the pot argument is very applicable. They dialed the temperature up so much, that when they drop it, people think it's amazing value.
