it always strikes me when I crack open a yearbook from the 50's, 60's or early 70's. the 17-18 year old men look like mid-30's year olds today. i see a lot of young looking people, myself included. not sure if its the style of dress that makes everyone look like a kid these days (i suspect not) I mean looking at the faces, there is a real change. is it all the processed food? people nowadays look puffy, soft and child-like compared to how they used too. of course there are exceptions and those that don't follow this pattern, but it seems to be the norm. also men are balding more frequently now. we are turning into bald, baby-looking people. i also see a ton of caucasians who cant grow a meaningful beard.

Sounds like how Men in LOTR diluted their blood by mixing with Middle-men.
I think the answer is plastics.

Robert Mitchum and Charles Bronson were some tough guys back in the days.

Even 5 foot 7 baby faced Audie Murphy was 10 times tougher than many taller fat asses today.

Audie Murphey
was a legit badass. His movie "to hell and back" cut some stuff because they didn't think people would believe it. He is one hell of a warrior.

I don't think men are less masculine. though i do think what people defien as masculine is different then it has been. I know many guys (farmers/ranchers) who work a very physical job but don't look it.

I would define masculine as a guy who does a job to provide for his family. Even after work he is then dad and plays/helps around the house.
