I’m not debating that point. Mueller did not make a judgment, but his findings do not provide a conclusive path forward. Time to bring it before Congress.

I don't think barr, or sessions for that fact, would allow an indictment to go forward.

Yes, he explicitly stated his findings would not provide a legal path forward no matter what he found.

With the fact that he refuses to say if Trump were guilty in mind, the report basically says Trump is guilty. I mean look at this quote:

Substantial evidence indicates that the President’s effort to have Sessions limit the scope of the Special Counsel’s investigation to future election interference was intended to prevent further investigative scrutiny of the President’s and his campaign’s conduct.

That’s obstruction of justice and it’s not ambiguous.

Trump would be prosecuted? The report makes it clear he couldn't because of DOJ policy that you can't prosecute a sitting President, and thus Congress has the duty to act instead.

Nonetheless, I will ask again. If the Mueller investigation led to the finding of a crime against Trump, do you agree that he obstructed justice? I'm asking your opinion here. Not your analysis of other opinions.

It is clear to me he intended to obstruct justice and that the Mueller report provides ample justification for impeachment.

oh I agree. I also think much of this anger that they feel is manifest from their subconscious--they know they are wrong, they know they have been fooled, they know they are all a threat to democracy and the norms of this country, but they can't admit it or simply accept it, because dumb pride is simply too great. This is pretty common among the very poorly-informed population that has no real education (focused on developing proper critical thinking in all manners of life). There is no ability to question one's personal belief against purely objective fact. They simply can't do it.

So their brain, subconsciously aware of how damaged their person is, reacts with anger directed against perceived enemies as a pure, reptilian defense mechanism.

Not even close to asking a foreign power to hack. The servers were gone and wiped, idiot. That's why he made a joke about the missing emails. The emails were subpoenaed and then some how got deleted. I think the emails were from Yuri in the Ukraine, Vlad from Moscow, and Chitown Barry.

This is what I mean when I say one of our political parties has gone insane. Anyone that thinks otherwise is welcome to explain why actions that merited impeachment and conviction in 1974 are exonerating in 2019.
 
I watched a big part of Barr's performance in his news conference yesterday. Now there's a guy that owes the thinking world an apology. What a toadie. I felt bad for two AAG standing behind him-they looked like victims held hostage by some terrorist group.
