Especially that punchline explaining her lie in April at the end :(

Looking forward to the live action version.
Live of Kimi ni Todoke, Wakako-sake, Usagi Drop and the latest Itazura na Kiss were good, so here's hoping!
Usagi drop is also amazing! +1
Gotta check your other recommendations out :)

Hope they help! :)
That said, quite a few people weren't fans of the Usagi Drop manga's continuation from the end of the anime
(there's a timeskip and stuff happens). Personally, I liked it, but then again I was also OK with

If you liked Usagi Drop, definitely check out Listen to Me, Girls - I am Your Father and Astarotte's Toy. Don't get thrown off by the ecchi tag on Astarotte and the premise - there wasn't much, wasn't explicit, and isn't the main point (IMHO).

so sad :(

Might be old news for some of you guys but I'm sure some of you haven't seen it yet!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzQ6gRAEoy0

READ this if you don't understand the vid

First of all the letter daddy sent to Rin ;_;

''There was far too little time left after you were born. I wonder how much love I was able to show after your mother passed... Seeing you cheerful and well gave your old man courage. It really would have been better if we could have gone together, but I couldn't make it work. I thought I wanted you to forget everything and go forward...knowing you, you'll be okay. You'll realize your loneliness, and surely remember me. I believe that you'll grow strong and read this letter. I wish we could have made more memories. I'm sorry. When you were little you probably didn't understand well, but now you should. I'll say the words from that day once more.''

So it would seem Mars or some celestial body is plummeting into Earth, ultimately leading to a mass extinction. The girl in the video, Rin, has been placed in a simulated reality inside a capsule and sent off into space by her father. In hopes she will survive. Her father seems like he was maybe a lead scientist on some interstellar travel research or something similar, so an intelligent man, it's very possible her capsule wasn't just sent off randomly and maybe there are course co-ordinates that are guiding it to another habitable planet. I believe it's left down to the viewer at this point.

The tablet she is holding grants her the ability to control this reality freely, probably done intentionally in order to keep her from feeling alone. As you can see, she is able to create beautiful landscapes and environment for herself to explore, forever. During a certain point in time inside of this world, for some reason, she remembers her past and her origin inside the simulation. The reason why she's all alone. But this actually brings her more comfort then sorrow, the memories she holds of her father are what make her feel less lonely. Even after 7 years of looking at an empty inbox as she drifts through space. :( :( :(
So sad :(

Nodame Cantabile my top 5 Anime of all time.
If you like Music or play Piano (or any classical instruments) you will enjoy this series. Nodame is sooo cute. The whole series is very heart warming and cute! :)
I would recommend this series if you like music especially in the classical department. Ofc you can watch it if you don't play music or like music because the comedy and story is very very good!
10/10

A lot of folks shun White Album 1, but personally I find that it's nice to know the background of the songs that are reused in White Album 2. That and some of the WA1 MCs make cameos in WA2 (kinda).

SIdenote : Good Lord! A second season was actually greenlit for Masou Gakuen HxH?!

Oh I see. WA is on my plan to watch list. :)

Simples the ecchii lol. The show is so bad

"Hayao Miyazaki once said that the people don't spend time watching others and indeed, he's right because they've been busy watching lewd stuff to make something so repulsive like this.

A Perverted MC surrounded by a harem of girls and advance technology, which get power up by the sexual drive, sounds familiar, right? more or less, this has been the setting for most of the ache past few season, while few of them bites the taste of success, a majority of them fails miserably.
But 'Masou Gakuen HxH' have taken it to whole another level, with the pathetic storyline and the amount of lewdness, it'll make the show terrible to watch unless you want to watch it for only one aspect.

First Impression-
In the first couple of minutes, you'll either drop your pants or the anime itself.

PLOT- (A bit spoilers)
Somehow, in the distant future, aliens or robotic creature (Not sure what exactly are those) breaks into the earth from another dimension to diminish mankind, normal human weapons are useless as usual, but japan of all the countries has to be the savior of mankind and invent the most perverted weapon known as "HHG" or HUMAN HYBRID GEAR, which can only be effectively used in combat against them.
A core has to be implanted within a person and by calling out the HHG's name one can summon "IRON MAN" like armor which will give the ability to fly and shoot canons.
And our hero was the first specimen on whom "HHG" was tested, but he was a failure, so he was kicked out, but years later, he was called back by his sister to act as a charger to those girls who use "HHG" in combat.
And by having sexual contact, the charge can be replenished and that's the sole purpose of the anime, have SEX and sell SEX.
There isn't anything to the plot that'll want you to follow the series and the action sequences are substandard as well, the amount of lewdness is disgusting, nothing less than a hentai and with each episode, you're going to experience a different level of lewdness.

CHARACTERS-
At first, she's going to act as the sanest person in the world and despise you but when resistance going out of hand, you're the one who's going to quench her thirst.
Only if I could describe the female leads in any decent way and our hero is the ultimate playboy of the generation and the only development the characters are going to have is the development in B cup size.
Nothing more to say.

ART-
Although the animation is quite decent but there's a lot of inconsistency with each episode, sometimes it's so badly animated that it's going to sore your eyes.

ENJOYMENT-It's not like that I got some issue with ecchi or fan services, I find myself enjoying quite a few of them but only when everything is in the right proportion and doesn't hurt the other aspect of the show but over here, nothing seem to be right, it has crossed every limit.
I don't watch a anime just to be sexual arouse the whole time and to see half naked chicks fighting robots, for that, I can switch to other things.

OVERALL-
Without any doubt, the worst anime of this summer.
Despite hundred of flaws, people can still enjoy the show and it's totally up to them but if you really worth your time and wants to try out some ecchi, please stay 100 miles away from it. show less"

Amen. Lmao

I like ecchi as much as the next guy, but when it goes off the rails (eg. Green Green, Mayoi Neko Overrun, season 2 of Maken-Ki), the best animated boobs just can't save it.

I dislike ecchi because it's gross and weird because lewd. Some ecchi is ok but you know what I mean :)

May I ask how old are you WhoBeDaPlay?

Older than I'd like ;)

To rephrase, I don't mind ecchi as long as it's not excessive and doesn't get in the way of a decent story and/or good comedy too much.

Examples
Bad : Maken-Ki S2, Seikon no Qwaser, Green Green
Good : Shuffle, Kill la Kill, Mahoromatic, Astarotte no Omocha, Shoukugeki no Soma, Chobits, Nanatsu no Taizai, B Gate H Kei, Saekano

There are some ecchi series where the story isn't particularly good or bad, but I enjoy anyway due to other factors (music, art, seiyu, etc.) such as Asobi ni Iku yo, Hyakka Rouran and Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu.

Now we just need the blackman avatar + free iPod :p

Back on topic, sometimes going back to rewatch older stuff is worth it.
Rewatched Vandread, UFO Princess Valkyrie and Nadesico last week and had a blast!
Sorry for not replying. I have read your comments but 2 lazy 2 reply, I hope you understand that I'm not ignoring you :)

I recently started watching Cod geese I'm on episode something something where they are stranded on an island. So far it's good I see what the hype is all about, now I think about it. I've seen so many Anime and never actually watch Cod geese. :fearscream:

Apart from that I am watching World Trigger I am on episode 19. It's OK. The main protag is sooo weak though. I like yuma cuz =3=

... haiykuyuu finally ended... everyone so wanting another season they are sooo don't know what to expect. I've read the Manga and Season 3 will be all training episodes soo boring.. rip

I don't like to watch online. But I did find a version of the series which I assume is the more recent one so I'll check that out. If it looks censored, I'll check out Kissanime. :)

Hi,
You can even read dubbed anime site. I would want to watch English dubbed anime motion pictures here. It is an ease back site similarly to others. It began to set up in 2009. It contains promotions yet they are not all that irritating.

No worries.

Code Geass is excellent. Death Note, Blast of Tempest and Parasyte - The Maxim would be similar (thriller/suspense, lead driven).

Code Geass - Akito the Exile is a different cup of tea, but still good if you enjoyed the mech battles from CG : Lelouch.

so just finished rewatching Bungou Stray Dogs. real surprise of the season for me, did not expect to like it this much after the initial start.

its part of the people with limited powers genre that seems to be prevalent right now. the manga is a seinen type so it is marginally deeper than most series. the big hook/schtick is that all/most of the characters are named after literary authors and take some aspect of their works and philosophy. the interweaving of the backstories is impressive part. the first cour started rough for me as i had issues with the pov protagonist, but everyone else was a delight. the second cour started with a flashback and it was like an entirely different series(in the good way). the action ramps quickly after the 8th ep.

by the time the 1st 24 ep wrapped up it was probably hitting the 'fuck yeah' level of culmination. the manga is still going and in ep24 they lay out the hints for season2.

i apparently fell asleep during my initial watch of the stream, because during my rewatch all the sudden a super badass sequence showed up and it was completely new to me.

I've started watching Parasyte on and off but I'm not sure I like it. I'll stick with it for a few more episodes. Anyone have an opinion on this one? Other ones in the line up are 'The Devil is a Part timer', 'Future Diary', 'Eureka Seven', and 'Black Butler 3'.

Didn't see it talked about in the past few pages and i don't wonder in here often but Kimi no Na Wa "Your Name" is very much worth seeing. https://myanimelist.net/anime/32281/Kimi_no_Na_wa

Very sold movie and is worth the insane amount of hype it has been getting - AFAIK its not showing in the US until later this year. I lucked out and Delta had it as an option on my flight to Asia

Same guy who did 5 centimeters per second, Garden of Words and Children of chase lost voices - all of which are also very good
