Thought they were scooters?
only one scooter introduced at the end. mostly a range spanning 125 250 400cc and one superbike.
it's a fun series very light tone and surprisingly deep on technical details.

Nah, the ecchi is strictly in the reactions to food tasting, so it doesn't get in the way all that much unlike say, Seikon no Qwaser.
And yes, it really is that good!

I have another question. Is the food analogy legit? What I mean by that, can we as a viewer relate to the food that are created in real life? No 420 mlg no scope cooking, none of that bullshit. Is everything legit cooking? Dunno how I could put that into words lol

first you have to explain what 420mlg no scope cooking means.

Well, here is a group of people recreating the dish made in episode 1 with nothing to go on but what was shown in the show (guessing amounts, cooking times, etc.). Here they make the dish from episode 2 using the recipe found in the manga.

This is hilarious.

I just wish I had a better memory for this stuff.

1. Kaze has the type of development you see in a lot of anime where powers and abilities seem to build over the course of the series.

2. Trinity I saw long ago. I just remember it's one of my favorites.

3. speed grapher is possibly the most bizarre anime you will ever see

5. Sidonia will remind you of Titan but in space.

Black Lagoon is one I forgot about. That was a long time ago too but I remember it had unique plot development. It didn't follow the pattern in #1.

edit: Oh, and Helsing is one to catch if you like vampires and graphic violence.

edit 2: All should be available in dubs

I've been watching some of the new anime, but not much has stuck out to me so far. At this point, I've watched...

ReLIFE (all episodes are available now)
Orange
Amaama to Inazuma (Tsumugi is so adorbs!)
Fukigen no Mononokean
Taboo Tattoo

I haven't really disliked anything so far, but I will say that the big-eye style in Orange really throws me off. I'm also hoping that Mob Psycho 100 will be good since the story is from ONE (the guy that did One-Punch Man).

kuromukuro

I got into this one a bit late, but I ended up enjoying it. I like the quirky female character. :p

kabaneri no kotetsujo

Ugh... I grow weary of weak, spineless main characters. It's even worse when you have a main character who is all full of false bravado ("I will never turn my back on the kabane!!!" and sits there blubbering like an idiot half the time).

bungou straydogs

Given how the show bounced from serial to episodic quite a bit, this served as more of a character-driven show for me, and that was fine as I liked most of the characters. They were all quirky, but uniquely so.

Ugh, this show has gotten SO BAD in the last few episodes. The worst part is that I read people supporting it on forums because "that's totally how a NEET would act!" I don't care if that's how a NEET would act. We're "on a journey" with the main character, which means how we associate with him is quite important. If he goes from a likable goofball to a complete asshole, we're going to distance ourselves. It also doesn't help that the story shifted from a Groundhog's Day style mystery to a harem-building arc after about five episodes.

My recommendation is to watch the first five or so episodes and just stop.

You seem to like a lot of shounen shows (Bleach, Fairy Tail, etc.), so I'd recommend watching Nanatsu no Taizai. It ended after 24 episodes, but those 24 episodes cover the entire first manga arc, which is pretty crazy when you consider that it was over 100 chapters long. (Anyone that knows long-running shounen shows knows that you get maybe 1-2 chapters per episode... maybe 3 if you're lucky.)

The manga is still going on in the... I think it's technically the third arc now, and there will be a short OVA airing in August. Supposedly, it will be a 4-episode series based upon a unique story. If I had to guess, it will either be a brand new story, or I think it's more likely that they'll adapt one of the side stories. The manga actually had a few of those scattered about where the most popular one was probably The Vampires of Edinborough as that's the only place where you get to see Escanor, the seventh sin, for quite a while.
