I actually already figured that out from your posts in general hardware :D

I just used "him" as a generic him/her/it

On the internet I always use implied male pronouns, habit I suppose.
So your saying females are bad at technology?

Have you seen Terraformers yet lol.
It took me a while to find it since you need to search for Terraformars not 'ers.' But no problem really. I tend to only watch one thing at a time but I will get to it. Maybe not right away, but it's on the list. Thanks again. :)

edit: as you may have gathered, I didn't get it from Kissanime. I hate watching stuff in windows. I much prefer GOMPlayer.

Never heard of that program but looks interesting. So far I've gotten by ok with the general search engines. BTW are you allowed to mention things like that here?

Gomplayer is like VLC but it comes with more standard features. I could probably configure VLC to work the way I want but GP is so easy to use it's my go to.

I almost always watch dubbed. I try to find version with dual audio. I like to watch with both english voice over and subtitles, but I tend to only find one or the other. People always say not to watch dubbed but it's rare that I get a bad one. They generally do a much better job of converting Japanese cultural jokes and references to things Westerners can understand.

Oh I see. I'm not sure if I'm allow to post that or not lol. I posted it anyways, if I get ban I will fight the mod who banned me. :ninja:

Dub can be good sometimes but NEVER watch dub when you watch a comedy Anime imo. The only comedy anime that is worth watching in DUB is Great Teacher Onizuka. Legendary comedy. The voice acting are hilarious. I recommend it. It's supa dupa funny. :)

I use VLC also. I stream Anime 90% of the times anyways and the 10% I download my Anime for special occasion like holidays or long travels etc. I download my Anime if I have fibre optic though hands down! :sneaky:

I think I got in the habit when I had a crappy connection. So now I dl everything. But my cable/ISP has been more of a dick than usual since they were taken over by Altice. I'm looking into getting Dish but so far haven't been able to sign up because it looks like one or more of my credit reports are still frozen. Will try to sort that out next week. Unfortunately they're the only game in town right now for true broad band.

I can get ADSL though but the best I'm going to do is 3Mbps or about 300-400kB. I might be able to survive at those speeds but that will mean dl'ing everything - no exceptions.

150mbps + 17TB of HDD space, I have a decent bit of anime.
How much are you paying per month? I get 20 up and 3 down and I pay £40 per month. It inc the phone. We can't pay just the broadband in the UK, it has to include the phone line aswell which sucks because who the hell uses house phones? We all have mobiles phones now. Virgin Media btw.

Just wtf lmao. I'm paying more than you and I'm getting 20up and 3 down lol. You Americans :)

Yeah it depends where you are in the US though, if you're in the middle of nowhere, you're shit out of luck trying to find speeds like this at anywhere approaching this price.

I happen to be pretty lucky and live on one of the coasts in a major metropolitan area. If I didn't live in this particular area i'd be paying similar to what you do.

If Verizon ever decides to favor my neighborhood by installing fios, I can get fiber speeds but I've been waiting for that for years. I don't know why they haven't installed it already. Maybe the density isn't high enough. There's a condo development nearby that I think has it.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Verizon has halted all expansions of the FiOS network, it's what I am on, it is awesome, but yeah as of a year or two ago they stopped all expansion and unless your area was already under progress, it wont be getting it.

That sucks. And after they paid all of those bribes so they wouldn't have to get approvals on a town by town basis.
