Hehe, DnB and Hardstyle have been around forever, just have never been mainsteam.

I don't go out to shows anymore, but the line-ups for stuff like this are just unreal.

Beside Molly,does drugs help with the cramping? since I did not take any molly at all during edc.

i just took a few 5 hrs energy drinks.

Wasn't at EDC, but back when i did rave, I used to be pretty sore and tired the next morning to say the least.

I have no idea...never did drugs during, so couldn't tell ya.

You dont notice it. Your body will feel the abuse the next few days though. Although that also happens to be after just drinking for a weekend in Vegas. Getting old. Takes me a week to fully recover now.

I've never really had issues with cramping up from dancing. Maybe if it was non stop activity for 2-3 hours like say playing sports. But I've been going to EDM events for a good 7-8 years and its never been an issue. Maybe drink more water?
