Racism is the only reason McCain might beat him
How much will white racism hurt Obama
Barack Obama 'pseudo controversies' hide racism
Analysis: Palin's words carry racial tinge
Harry Reid implies radio host is racist for tying Fannie Mae exec to Obama
And let's not forget that the Obama campaign suggested that Bill Clinton was himself a racist due to some of the comments he made back in the spring.

The pattern has already been established. If President Obama calls for my spending on some minority program anyone who opposes it will be called a racist. If Obama appoints a black to some position and someone is critical of that person they will be called a racist.

You are putting WAY too much importance on race. This itself point toward you as the racist. Why cant you shut up about it and why does it mater to YOU?

The answer to that question sorta depends, don't it?
I think fully half the population are preoccupied with survival in varying degrees and don't much care who wins so long as the economy gets fixed.. Both sides know what has to be done. They must create the atmosphere of it being fixed first. Folks don't much believe or care about the numbers anymore cuz their fingers are on the pulse of their own heart beat... It has always been this way... Remember that it is a recession when your neighbor is out of work... and a depression when you are...
I personally think getting to November 5th is much better than November 4th cuz I've lived another day. That is what it is all about at the end of the day.
I recall a few years ago on here we argued about Social Security and all that... Seems to me folks drawing SS today feel alot better than those retired and drawing down on 401K's unless they had the wisdom to put that money in secure low risk investments... like Real Estate :+) ... What are the RE vehicles called REITs... ah well.. such is life... Obama or McCain... They'd like to think they're in control and can fix everything but in reality we are at the end of the day... IF we don't play ball... then no one does..

No, you arent the problem, you are just a whiney right wing cowardly douchbag. OK, so a few here and there are talking about it... not much. Everywhere I go, its only the right bringing it up. Case in point, this thread Topic: "anyone else looking forward to November 5th?" Somehow YOU made it about race. Why?

they'll probably see a ratings boom, bashing President Obama is a lot easier than defending twenty-percent-approval-Bush.
No way, anyone who bashes Obama is a racist.

Has SNL ever done a skit that makes fun of Obama himself the way they make fun of Palin?

thats because palin is a very unique snowflake.

Promises, promises.

j/k - appreciate your subterfuge and convoluted logic - keeps people on their toes.

And, of course, there is a possibility that obama will screw things up. Though, it's hard to fathom him screwing things up any worse than the current dog.

I've taken quite a bit of time to read and re-read this paragraph you authored... I assume you authored it and, possibly because of my limited interaction with alien beings I can't quite put my finger on what it is that motivates your comments let alone what may be the intellectual proof of the ascertions... ah well... guess I'll go make some Bosco.

There is no use in pretending at this point. Butterbean is the only one here that will speak the true lay of the land. But this election has been predetermined for a long time now. The election process has been influenced and fixed, the media has been strung along for the cause, and the economic implosion will sway the ignorant masses. How else could an insignificant nobody of a politician rise so quickly in politics to defeat even the most entrenched political regimes?

I guess the only people NOT looking forward to November 5th are the Clintons.

Chappaqua is going to be a cold, cold place the morning after election day, I hope they've stocked up on their rock salt already.

stewart is generally dead on. it is a testament to what a farce the mccain campaign is.

it is a hollow, empty train wreck with no substance, just erratic tactical moves, and the republicans can only feed off of hate these days.

the sad thing is how accurate the daily show is.

Here's a funny blog post I read today:

The World Is Upside Down
I don't know what is happening. The Democratic candidates for president and vice president are calling the Republican candidate a pussy.

Biden:
"All of the things they said about Barack Obama in the TV, on the TV, at their rallies, and now on YouTube ... John McCain could not bring himself to look Barack Obama in the eye and say the same things to him ... In my neighborhood, when you've got something to say to a guy, you look him in the eye and you say it to him."

Obama:
"I am surprised that, you know, we've been seeing some pretty over the top attacks coming out of the McCain campaign over the last several days, that he wasn't willing to say it to my face."

Um...McCain, you've just been called a bitch by the Democrats. What you gonna do, tough guy? Crash a plane?

Even the blindest supporters of democracy are beginning to see the real truth. But like I've said, it doesn't matter at this stage. Everything will fall into place for us on "election" day.

So you post a link to a paranoid right wing site and that make is remotely true (and a low budget one at that)? That link means zero. Just another fear based site to take advantage of cowards.

the fact that you agree with butterbean, means you are equally paranoid and in need of mental help.

Go ahead and keep denying the plain simple truth that is in front of you. I cannot help but be amazed at how this kind of thinking continues even until now. We would not have gotten anywhere without people sticking their heads into the sand.

Mine is not in the sand as much as yours is up your wazoo. You need to borrow butterbeans tin-foil anti conspiracy hat to protect them from reading your thoughts from atelites in orbit.
